  • Prep! Gather all ingredients for the recipe (this helps me a lot when making a recipe)
  • Mix dressing & seasonings (set aside)
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions
  • Trim Asparagus ends by snapping the ends off from the tough woody part
  • Slice Cherry tomatoes in half
  • Slice & quarter cucumber
  • Dice up orange pepper into bite sized pieces
  • When the pasta has 2 mins left to cook I toss the asparagus into the water and cook for the remainder of pasta time, drain and rinse under cool water (set aside)

  • ½ tsp each salt, pepper, dried oregano, & dried basil

  1. In a mixing bowl combine cooked Pasta, asparagus and all other vegetables and mix with a spoon to combine the ingredients.
  2. Add feta & mix again.
  3. Pour dressing & fresh parsley over your salad mixture and mix until combined & coated well.
