Whites Potatoes at YFM: We start our potato season in late June, with the VERY FIRST of the fresh-dug potatoes! This early variety has a very thin skin and as a result a very short shelf life, but an amazing flavour! Early July we start with the more hearty potatoes, that have a better shelf life and an equally amazing flavour! We also get fresh Peas in a Pod from mid-June through mid-July, and their amazingly sweet carrots from early July through late September!
