Norwich Deli & Bakery was started in 1991 by Adrian Tenhove. Adrian is a third generation baker, his grandfather, father and himself took turns operating a bakery in Holland until 1982 when Adrian decided to immigrate to Canada. He operated a bakery in Alberta and was a technical consultant for a bakery ingredient company before opening Norwich Deli & Bakery.
