Nancy Gingrich, an Old Order Mennonite entrepreneur who lives just east of Elmira, Ontario, and her team prepares all kinds of delicious preserves for your enjoyment all year long! They have used traditional Mennonite recipes, as well as local ingredients to create the amazing quality jams, jellies, salsas, pickles and many other preserved goods. Nancy grows much of her own fruits and vegetables in her own garden, and supplements the rest from neighboring farmers to make her delicious and preserves with in-season produce!
