The Bruce-Huron Produce Auction started back in 2011, just outside of Lucknow, Ontario to serve both producers and local sellers! The goal is to provide producers (farmers) better access to local businesses that are interested in their product. This is a Mennonite owned and operated business, and many Mennonite farmers utilize it to get their quality produce into the hands of local businesses. The growers and producers must be registered with the auction prior to bringing product to sell. They must farm within 75 kilometers of the auction, keep records of pesticide use and have a food safety program in place.

Bruce-Huron Produce Auction at YFM: We head up to Lucknow for this auction when supply of a certain product is limited or unavailable in our area. In the past, we have headed up there to get cauliflower, spinach, squash, and some flowers.
